We begin by having a call to get to know you and your partner by asking some important questions, we then establish your budget and review your inspiration.
We get to work refining the components of your design, we then source the perfect stone based on your budget and design preferences. We remain involved throughout the entire process from the concept to the delivery of your exquisite, custom-made piece.
We work with both lab-grown and mined (often referred to as natural) diamonds, ensuring that all our stones follow responsible and sustainable practices. Our commitment to ethical sourcing means that whether you choose a lab-grown or mined diamond, you can be confident in the traceability, quality and integrity of your purchase.
Yes, we ship world wide. We offer free shipping on all of our pieces. This includes an insured hand to hand courier for all pieces over $2000.
For our loose diamonds, it can take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days to reach you.
Our made to order pieces typically take between 3 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the design. If you need your piece by a specific date please let us know, and if possible, we can try to work our magic as long as it doesn't compromise our strict quality control processes.
