Returns and Refunds Policy for Custom Design Jewellery by The One - Diamond Atelier

As a bespoke jewellery company, The One - Diamond Atelier takes immense pride in crafting distinctive and personalised pieces for our clients. Each item is meticulously made to order, tailored to your specific preferences and requirements. This bespoke nature implies that we cannot resell or facilitate returns or refunds.

Once you have approved the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) design, and the item has been manufactured, the sale is deemed final. We encourage you to thoroughly review the CAD design and communicate any changes or revisions before granting approval. Once the design has been approved and production initiated, we regret that we are unable to make any alterations or entertain returns or refunds.

It is important to note that initial deposits and subsequent payments for cancelled orders are non-refundable. Upon placing an order for a custom design piece, we commence the design and manufacturing process, incurring costs that cannot be recovered if the order is cancelled.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the issue. We are committed to working with you to resolve the matter, which may involve repairing or replacing the item at our discretion.
